The simplest way to create a program, written in C++ would be to head over to Sololearn's Code-Playground and press the "New code" button. Select the C++ Language and test out some code you've learned.
You may also download an IDE (integrated development environment) such as Code::Blocks and create a new C++ project to work with. -Jarod
