need help with tkinter

Question

I need to make a program in which pressing the "+" button adds 1 to the number shown on the screen. And since I'm new to graphical interfaces, I don't know how to do it.
I leave what I did so far:

def sumar():
resultado.set(+1)

root=Tk()
root.title("Contador")

resultado=IntVar()

Label(root,text="Contador:").grid(row=0,column=0)
Entry(root,justify=CENTER,state="disable",textvariable=resultado).grid(row=0,column=1)
