Need help with machine learning

Can anyone help me with choosing roadmap for learning machine learning? I am really confused about it from where to start. I research about it but I only got even more confused. Now here's my question: 1) Up to what point you have to learn python? 2) what's next after learning python? 3) How much math do we need to learn ML? 4) what is tensorflow, pycharm or google colab? When to start learning this? 5) Do one need to learn about cloud to build ML models? 6) Do one need to learn data science for building ML models? Note: My goad is to learn machine learning and to be able to build models, algorithm to slove problems not data scientist. Thank you! Pls reply

To your first three questions, There's no certain point to stop. ML is an ocean, there're many more things to learn. 4. TensorFlow is a Python-friendly open source library for numerical computation that makes machine learning faster and easier. GOOGLE COLAB is a collaboratory, which allows you to code and execute your programs. Well suited to ML, Data Analysis and all. Pycharm is a python IDE 5. There is no need to use a cloud provider to create machine learning solutions. (Not mandatory) 6. To some extent.
