I visited www.websitesetup.org , but i like hand-code , i dont like to use CMS , i know HTML CSS JAVASCRIPT PHP SQL but i dont know how to write a code and upload that , i need these information and i dont like to use wordpress joomla and other CMS .

I think the best way to do that is to find a web hosting. My favorite free web hosting is 000webhost but if you're willing to pay for your hosting, I recommend goDaddy
