Ideas for programming projects

Question

Hello my friends
I want programming projects ideas for non college students ( under 16 years from 6 years to 16 ) using Java or c# or c++ ..

The projects I need have to be easy for them to develop in only 5 days of work ..the projects also must be valuable to let them understand basics and make something they think and feel it's great ..

count area of triangle
simple one (6-12 years old)
advance using sin and cos (above 12)

or unit converting like celcius to fahrenheit, vice versa. mile to km, mph to m/s, yard to m and so on..

well pretty much translating math and physics into code. it can be any subject.
