what is React & Sass ? it is nessecery to learn them inorder to create our website?

i call myself full stack web developer and yet i haven't touched any frameworks..
just be strong in core language ...
these are not necessary its just created to make life easier that's it.

consider it like this .
say i want tea .
i have two options
#1 just get it from shop (its like using framework)
#2 do it yourself (using core language)

hope you got the point.

if you are looking for anything like freelancing then it maybe helpful for you to invest a little time in learning frameworks otherwise its of no use... and make sure you dont give too much efforts in memorizing stuffs of frameworks there's always docs for you and it may change very quickly and you have to adopt to it .
so what i am trying to say is just focus on core JS and Css ..

Hi! in principle, to create a simple website, you do not need to learn these technologies. if your goal is to become a frontend developer, then you must learn React (instead of React, you can learn Angular or View.js)

as said by Prashanth Kumar [back again] it's essential to focus on core languages to master them before eventually learning any frameworks...

however, learning frameworks is not a must do task: you only have to learn them if you want and/or if you plan to search job in web development (either freelance or salary)... in that later case (salary web developer) it is advised to learn at least basics of many, as often asked as skill by employers... in case if freelance, it would allow you to respond to more offers than without knowing them, but it's up to you to decide ;)
