Responsive Tip:
1.% is not a suitable unit for font size.
2.Use wrapper for different section, it will help you out to achieve responsiveness.
3.Avoid height and position absolute as much as possible.
4.Use em,rem,%,vw,..
5.Try to use flexbox/grid.
