How to see the code of a copied website?

If we copy a website template from some source in my android phone say for example from www.html5up.net, why the code is not visible

You can right click on any website and click on inspect and you will see all the html, css and js files and images used on that particular website

What exactly the copied code looks like ? Atleast 2 lines from it will help me better in guessing what it is all about .
