Someone in this community said, it takes 21 days to learn JS? isn't it stupid? share your thoughts.

It's been 1 month and 15 days for me, I often forget to use methods, property names, use of THIS. now my question is, Am I doing something wrong? how people exactly learn js? I mean if I learn each element, each object of it to perfection, i will still forget them if I don't use them for the next 7-8 days. Should I just learn and see and keep things remembered that ohhh this function is there ok. and I move on, complete the whole course and then actual learning will take place when I make a project????? so my question is, should I do this fast learning phase where I can remember the method names, their usage etc. and move on complete the course. or should I just take it very slow, keep each small details in mind and remember them. and move on very slow.

stupid answer given to stupid question... that's a kind of logic ^^ real learning occurs by practicing, course learning only offer a guided way to discover and practice ;P

Js is not a language, it's a carrier... one can spend life there.

Martin Taylor book titles are not intended to deliver truth... book titles are intended to sell books ^^ nobody can tell you how many time you need to learn something, without knowing a lot of details: in wich deep would you learn? how many time would you use to learn each days? what are your still skills background? where are you on the IQ curve? how many are you interested in the field about the learning? and so on...
