Guys I'm totally confused between Java and Javascript. Which one is better in the future. Or immigration

Well, depends on what you want to do.

If you want to code web apps, or automate a website in the future, go for JS.

If you want to write server and/or apps with a high degree of flexibility when it comes to platform, go for Java.

it's hard to compare these two languages, as they have largely different applications, despite the fact that they both have java in their name, and are owned by the same company.

Though my question to you is, why pick just one, when you can learn both here?

They are not from the same company.
JS built with "Netscape" while Java built with "Sun Microsystems".

@Talal Emran, you're correct, of course, they were developed by different companies.

However, read a little bit more carefully next time, or you'll just seem like an idiot. I said, and I quote, "...and are owned by the SAME company." I never mentioned anything about who developed them, and am correct in saying so, why? Well what do you know, they are both owned by Oracle Corporation, right now!

So please, do use your time elsewhere if you can't understand a simple fact like this, it would do everyone a load of good. At least answer the OP's question first too, while you're at it, be somewhat constructive to the discussion at hand.
