Can I learn web designing. I feel that I am forgetting everything that I am learning. Is there any way to remember it?
I have learned half of HTML but there is something like Web Storage API for which I have to learn JavaScript to understand. But to understand JavaScript I need to learn CSS. But I feel that I have been forgetting whatever I am learning. How do I remember that and am I going right? Please help me!

The best wsy to remember apart from using a cheat sheet is practicing , using them to code..
For example, for html , css and java, try doung a landing page by usung what youve been taught ....add audio, video and literallt everything you can... try to code at Least 3 times a week(i code everyday)
I hope this helps!

Try to teach others😉, by that way you will try to understand, work out continuesly.
By teaching others, you will become mastero a day🙂
Give it a try, once you get success, just try to remind me.

This is a common thing every developer face in starting, to remember all the things make short notes (cheatsheet) and revise every day or whenever you need.
Remember "revision is the key".
All the best

Try to make projects and cheatsheets of the concept you learn. But try to see what is inside the concept, think that it's your life's most important thing. So, you never forget anything. And you should have a learning notebook for the programming language that you want to learn write all the important things you don't want to forgot.

There are no hard and fast rule to this but rather, conventional method which has proven to be the best and even sometimes identified as the only effective way. What I’m talking about is to simply practise at all times.
For practise sake, you can visit https://frontendmentor.io for frontend projects to get your hands dirty. There are also several others but I strongly recommend this. Also, freecodecamp has good projects that you can work on too. And lastly, sololearn can be your faily routine programme. Believe me, sololearn can be your best friend on this sojourn.
Regards!
