How is it possible to not have all learners here same features? What does that indicate 10.9k thing on the right upper corner?

I saw this feature while checking and scrolling my activity feed. In post it shows screenshots posted from that user. When I open that person profile did not see anything!? How?

All I know, don't have that feature in my app. Upon opening others who has it, cannot see either (because of not having that thing)

It seems some of the latest features are currently only available for newly created accounts.

The difference between both (mine & that user is of only 3 days)

Mine has 9 days streak (actual 11 days as of today) & that account has 14 days streak. Guess what? Both are newly created accounts 😕😶
