How to become a founder?

It may sound bit weird but please tell me what should i do to make a simulation software? How to become a founder of that? But what exactly is the difference between the developer of software and the founder of the software?

👑 Prometheus 🇸🇬 Then is it that the founder is just the one who provides just the idea that how the software should be to the developers and then developers do coding/ programming sort of stuff to develop that software/apps. Then that whole developed software/ app's idea giver would be the founder and the programmer/ coder will be just the developer of that particular software/ app.

A developer is simply anybody who works on the code for the software while the founder is the one who created the software in the first place.
For instance, Larry Page and Sergey Brin founded Google. [insert Google coder] is a developer at Google.
