Which is the best to learn between bootstrap 3 and bootstrap 4?

I want learn bootstrap but a little confusing that which version is need to learn first

Go with Bootstrap 4! Even I think that Bootstrap 5 is also there but I prefer to go with Bootstrap 4 ( reason: better than bootstrap 3 )
