can learning 2 programs at the same time interfere with learning and understanding of the program

I am learning python and java at the same time and I was wondering if its could hinder the understanding or make that I mix the 2 programs

If you're just learning to program, stick to one language. If you try to tackle two languages at once, you'll get confused between syntax. You'll also throw yourself into too many new concepts at once, and you won't introduce yourself to concepts in the right way. I just don't see many advantages in learning multiple languages at once.

Once you are comfortable in a language -- where I'm defining "comfortable" as being able to build a new program of moderate complexity (for example, a multi-person poker or blackjack game, complete with object-oriented concepts**) -- then feel free to learn a new language. In fact, I would recommend introducing yourself to a new language sooner rather than later. You don't want to define yourself as a _______ programmer.

But the case is diffrent on web dev. You can learn Html,Css,js,sql at the same time. Because html,css,sql are not really programing language. And their syntex are not common at all. While C++,Java,python they can tengle up .

It will depend on your concentration and learning skills.
If you have learnt how to learn, if you can clearly separate concepts in your mind, you may succeed.
But soon you might have a preference between java and python, or you might progress faster in one compared to the other. You should stick to learning this one.
