App problems?

I am having trouble with this exercise not allowing me to submit the answer, it just keeps bringing up the keyboard instead. Does anyone know how to contact support for this?

Some times in a lession when the answer is say 11 (two numbers )and you put in 1 it wont let you submit till you put a second number its programed to take 2 numbers
