I can not chat in SoloLearn [ Should wait 21 days for a new users]

Question

When I push the icon with massages
Pop up alert says - you should confirm you profile , the instructions were sent into your email
But I have not accepted any instructions

I had the same issue too, after 21 days elapsed the messenger feature was unlocked

Can you check the email details you sent when you registered with Sololearn.
Else check your spam &/or junk folders in case your system has blocked the Sololearn email

Yes I have checked every folder and spam too ! How to send the instructions againe
