The math you want to use is 3 steps :
1. Use a modulo "%" to see if the siblings divide into the popsicles and have leftovers
2. Check if the results of the modulo equal 0 (leftOver == 0). If yes, leftOver == 0 then the popsicles can be given.
3. If no, leftOver doesn't equal 0 then you can't give them away but you'll eat them for yourself
