c++ arrays

I'm learning c++ just for few weeks
and now my teacher taught me arrays
the thing is he wants me to code a program
which can sort with [Insertion] sorting method
im having trouble with it

and the code should find the repeated number
and write how many times it was repeated!
i dont want the answer i just need solution's

Oh right, I just thought "I just need solution's" meant that you want a complete code...

If you can't write the required code when you have already been given an algorithm, I recommend going again over the arrays, loops and conditional statements sections in c++ course.
