Kotlin infinite loop

How to code a infinite loop & why this give output check internet connection.
Anybody can help me ?

It outputs "check Internet connection" because you have infinite loop. Sololearn tries to get an output for you, but it can't.. So no infinite loop here on sololearn with Kotlin...
