Multiple sites in one website - how to change navigation and footer smartly?
Dear Community I wanna have multiple sites in one website with a lot of articles for a blog. Now, how can I change the navigation and footer smartly without editing it for each article/site in the blog? Is there a good and stable way to just have one navigation and one footer file which could be displayed on all sites? In each single article, there is the same navigation menu and footer. (will be) How does the big companies with big, self coded websites handle it? Thank you for your help. Kind regards Tech

The Fetch API or
AJAX interface
allows web browser to:
Read data from a web server - after the page has loaded
Update a web page without reloading the page
Send data to a web server - in the background.

Idk, since I'm still kinda beginner but I don't think there is a way. You could use one bit of code and copy paste it into each page so it has the same thing, but I don't think there is a way to add that for one with multiple pages. Perhaps you could use an iframe to display your pages, with the nav bar a separate element on the document with the iframe? I'm not sure but maybe that helps 😅😅

You can down vote my post as much as you want. Tags are there to tell people what your question is about. Using relevant tags significantly improves your chances of getting help. So if you don't want people to help you you're of course free to use as many irrelevant tags as you want and leave the ones that might get you help out.
