Practice projects are only accessible for pro users or if you have enough bits.
Try it yourself is a pro feature for newer users, but is (so far) free for users with older accounts. Unlike practice projects it can not be unlocked with bits.

Aleksei Radchenkov as far as I know it doesn't say so anywhere, but for the last few months new users have reported that they get redirected to the sign up page for pro.

It should direct your to the sololearn playground, as that's where you could run the code...

Also you have created 2 instances of the same question, please remove one of them.
