Asi debe escribirse..
def search (text, word):
if word in text:
return ("Word found") #se usa return entre paréntesis
else :
return ("Word not found")#se usa return entre paréntesis

text = input()
word = input()

print (search(text, word))

The last line looks wrong, make it like this:
print(search(word, text))
