Need advise for compress my project file

Question

Any tool suggetion to compress file size by nearly 1/4 of its original size? Required to compress .sb file.
Tried winrar and online compression options but not getting significant compression. It's code file in scratch may be not supported by compressors.

It's 67 MB code in Scratch.sb file

First extract all your files then make a zip file again i think size creating issues
