As a beginner which programming language is best and easy to learn ??

Well it depends on your profession whether you want to be a full-stack dev, frontend dev, backend dev, or any, but my view is:

Python is an easy, general-purpose coding language and it’s often used as an introductory language for college students beginning their Computer Science study.

Well mostly students of computer science learn Java.
But you want a simple language then I can refer you HTML as it's easy and great fun to learn.
