[SOLVED] What happened to W3.CSS?

Question

Try running the code, nothing is showing. After sometime, it shows the result, but without W3.CSS styling. Now try removing line 10 of HTML, now run the code, now it's showing the result, but all the stylings that I have done with W3.CSS isn't working, as the link (in line 10 HTML) of W3.CSS is removed. What happened to W3.CSS?

I don't know what happened now, but now it's working perfectly!

The server or the site may be under maintainance. That's why it stopped working for some time.
