I wanna know some helpful ways to increase my XP guys, cause it's look like i'm stuck somewhere and the XP's don't wanna adds.

You can get more XP by winning challenges, earning badges, writing codes and get upvotes, participate in Q&A and get Best Answer, etc.

1) Target incompleted badges.
2) Go for playing least played languages. Even if you lose you gain XPs.
3) Provide answers in Q/A. For every marked answer you gain XPs.
