How long takes to be senior developer?

Im programming since one year but the progress is so slow, a little frustrating sometimes...

You just have to be social and use the advertisement threads/ groups to share your code among others.
Only then people will know you have written a code and give upvotes.. If you managed to get 50 upvotes then you can unlock the Senior Developer Badge.
