you can make a small AI system that runs your computer by using
1) AIML artificial intelligence markup language
2)Vb.net ,java,c,c# or c++ even python
3)voice recognition which is present in windows systems
4)speech synth libraries ..in vb.net and c# they are simple to use
5) A cup of coffee to drink while coding

then goole some cmd commands to turn off the machine or open folders and staff.... Thank you

AIML yeah is similar to html , the way it is tructured ..and is easy to learn too .You can also use it to make chatbots. Google pandorabots or AIML there is a useful book on tutorials point too
