You can practice your coding here, or exercism.org but that one requires a lot of self learning, codewars is another site but a lot of self learning as well cs50 from Harvard is a good free course online with video lectures. The key to asking questions here is attempt to solve your problem first then ask for help. Also tag your question correctly.

A Sololearn is a very good platform to learn. I learnt the C course from Sololearn. The only difficulty i faced was with pointers. I used YouTube to learn pointers (I'll share you a playlist if you want). Then I practised too, without practise, i forget stuff. And if you get time, do some C challenges to get stronger at the concepts. You can challenge me in C I'll play with you

Practise them to find out yourself. Or if you feel stuck, ask questions. You can refer to YouTube too

A https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2_aWCzGMAwLZp6LMUKI3cc7pgGsasm2_ By the way, this is not my playlist, this is someone else's. I was too in my first year when I started C. C is a simple language, take it slowly ;)

They are a lot of resources here on SoloLearn for C, and the C community is great. Fell free to ask anything, and don't get discouraged by some of the hard head answers. You can reach out anytime.
