Speech To Text

Question

So I have this code. A SpeechToText Code. By using a mic alone, It works fine. But by using a mic, drums, keyboards, and a guitar, It doesn't work. Is there anyone with a better explanation to this. Perhaps a solution

Isn't speech to text supposedly take voice input and outputs the textual form of the input? what word/sentence does musical instruments speak of?

Hhhm, Do you think there is a way to separate the musical instruments from the spoken words on a mic
