learn a language with SoloLearn, get the SoloLearn app for any language you like and learn it on your own, they are great for beginners. Learn Java, that is a good language to start with. SoloLearn for Java will give you a step by step way of setting up your computer for programming. If you learn Java you can learn any other language easily.

Actually I have never code before ... and I guess that may sound a bet silly cos you might some how think ..what am i doing here .. but am down to earth need to learn all this stuff please any recommendations for me as a beginner. ..

Hey Emmanuel, my suggestion would be to look up some YouTube videos on setting up and programing in JAVA. I know there are allot of tutorials out there that can give you a basic understanding. I would also suggest you watch webinars (video seminars) about programming.

The best thing you can do is set a goal, say maybe you want to make a small game like a platformer (terraria comes to mind) that way you can have a set goal and an idea of where you want to be. that way when you k ow the basics you can try to accomplish something hard. and trust me game programming is a pain in the butt.
