What are the cons of using a-frame for WebVR?

I recently started learning about a-frame and I was wondering if there are any major cons to it.

I like it but is it something worth investing more time on it?

I Guess it will be fun for learning purposes. But WebVR has been replaced by the WebXR Device API, which has wider support, more features, better performance, and supports both VR and AR.
