Denise Roßberg I'm no so sure if it's a new bug or just a bug that just is not really observed that much and goes as unimportant thus not often reported so there is low priority or no priority really given.

MD. Ferdous Ibne Abu Bakar I've had codes like that and 9 to 11 hours later seen it show up both with and without upvotes .. Some of my instructionals have had 0 counts .. Then popped up on hot today list 9 hours later and slowly gained upto 10 to 12 upvotes only to drop off the list ..

Personally I don't bother anymore .. If it is there great if not no big deal.

Maybe the new update brought a new bug.
