Real time web app

Question

I seen several games made by sololearners in which when we open code and execute it connect them on same server. I wanna know how they did it means what are the packages they used. And if you could provide link to such code then I can take some idea from it learn it.

Emerson Prado you can definitely see my post section. It's not my fault sololearn has a bug that it wasn't allowing me see my questions so I thought that problem was from my side so I posted a question again. That was not shown up again so finally I ended up with a post. Now it seems fixed
