1). Yes of course. Starting out in a field with good skills is what any employer wants. 2). That's a hard question to answer. To answer that question you'll need to be confident in what you program, and your skills will need to reflect it. It may take you years before you're in a company producing useful code. 3). Again, hard to answer. It depends on where you are in question 2. Though, if you're a indie Dev, you could possibly make more than some Software Devs. 4). Just don't stop trying. If you stop trying you will never reach any of these goals.
