I tried to make a snake game but my fps is reduced from 60 to 2 in 5 seconds only by drawing background.
I cant understand the what is the source of lag

Python is more of a model creator. It main use is Machine Learning and not for creating games. I'd suggest you learn a programming language used for software creation like C++, Java or something like that 🙏.
Python is also kinda slow in compiling.
