Please is there any site to obtain subtitles url do as to add to html video or maybe an upload site just like #imgbb.com# but for subtitles.
Is there a way to use uploaded dropbox subtitle link because it is not working even as #.vtt#

Try replacing the www in your dropbox link with dl (abbreviation for dropbox link).
