W3.CSS or Bootstrap?

I'm thinking about my website and I don't know which language to choose to make it responsive. What's your opinion about that?

Due to small size and less number of rules of course W3.css is faster than bootstrap. on the other end, bootstrap is better in cross browser compatibility, provide alternative solutions using jQuery and have support for old browsers. Its up to your need what you want to use
