open cmd and type given code that Eranga have written. your PC have shut down after 60 sec as my PC shutdown.

step1->open notepad
step2->write down code shutdown -s -t 60
step3->save it at desktop as shutdown.bat
step4->go to desktop and run that shutdown.bat file as administratior
your system shutdown in 60 second.
