YouTuber's can choose to have their content accessible out side of the YouTube platform or not.
You can try a different video and it should work if video is allowed.

However as Programmer mentioned autoplay is not supported.

Autoplay is disabled in some browsers to prevent unwanted video or audio from playing.
Chrome announced changes to its autoplay policy that took effect back in December of 2018.
Users must interact with a browser item before audio playback starts.

However there is a "hack" (work around) Though the video will be muted.
