Can we Create a Telegram bot by python in Android Mobile...
although I am learning python in sololearn.but still I am not able to create telegram bots.. is this possible to create telegram working bot in Android Phone

and what is pyroid3 an Android app???

Musaib You'll need Python running on your Android phone. That is what pydroid is for. You can find out what pydroid is and if you can write and run telegram bots with it by trying a quick Google search.

Just so I understand your question.

Telegrams was a preferred use form of written communicatiin before emails & text messages came into vogue

You want to create a bot using python which will spam people who have not adjusted to modern forms of communication?

I believe pydroid3 is an app you can download onto your mobile device which will allow you to code in Python external to Sololearn
