About CSS

Question

I know basic of CSS should i go to master css or move to framework (bootstrap or Tailwind ) ?

Also a good framework suggestion Please

It is always good to know language itself, frameworks are used to make some things easier but sometimes you need to use language itself to make something work.

My suggestion is to learn css very well (you dont have to remember how to make some complex animation or how to make cool box shadow) for things like this you can use tools what can help you generate code you need much faster.
But be familiar with css and what you can do before you start learning some frameworks.
