How does hardware and operating system knows when writing a software or when coding?
How does the hardware knows how the particular software works? How does the hardware and os knows how the software works in a way it needs to be functioned properly

Your question is strange and can't really be answered correctly. The hardware is just a bunch of electric circuits. It has no awareness or "knowledge" of what it is used for. The OS is also just an interface between the computer and the user (or the program that is run by the user). But it is in the subordinate position, so to speak. It offers services such as memory and threads for programs to use.
It's like you are asking, how does the kitchen stove know, what is the recipe of the soup?
