How can I fix browser error that says "The connection has timed out : The server at 127.0.0.1" is taking too long to respond?

Hi guys. I'm having a problem with my browsers not being able to establish a connection with liveserver from vscode.Its giving me this error. I would appreciate any help.

Go to the Chrome menu -> Settings -> Show advanced setting -> Change proxy settings -> LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN"
