"arr[i] <= arr[j]" Type the above text in phone and computer. Which feels better? Go for it!

I'd say it's probably best to code on the computer, primarily because coding on a cell phone is really clunky and aggravatingly slow. That, and your computer has a lot more features than mobile compilers/interpreters do.

Its better on a computer like a desktop or laptop. The phone is kinda limited compared to a desktop/laptop. Also when you begin to try and code on a computer it will be more difficult because the phone is different.
