Writing codes, and seeing things happen with the result and be able to say "well, i just made this work".

For me, the satisfaction of seeing my programs work, the ability to bring ideas to life, and just learning more and more.

It's a lot of things. Being able to create new solutions to manual processes. Working with new technology. Seeing the results of something written in text change into something amazing and interactive on screen. It can be frustrating at times when solutions are not working, but that makes it so much more rewarding when it does work.
