If you get a chance to build your own Pure CSS framework how would that be better than the existing ones

Hi everybody, I am planning to build a pure CSS UI framework and I need some constraints because my mind is floating amongst the infinite ideas, pls help

'Better" is a subjective and opinionated term. Some like ones that are small in download size, others like ones that are simple / easy to use, others like ones that were open source etc. etc.

Before you forget the ideas, make a note of them, and sort by difficulty, easier ideas first, cause you don't want the project development progress to halt on difficult ideas.
