If you mean imperative languages than i'd say pascal and ruby from what i've heard.
Php is also easy but you need a server to run it and html/xml to support it.
Html and css are mark up languages not programming languages.

I would actually recommend java, it has a lot of features yes but you don't need to learn everything to use it.
While pascal is pretty limited so you'll have to learn a new language soon.

So yeah try java it's not that complecated has a nice syntax, is user friendly and has a big scope.

Java is not an easiest language at least for beginner. I would recommend Python instead.
