IF YOU WANT in same file.html : html tag is very important first thing to write, then inside it you write all tags. The css the style tag you write it inside head tag

also, You can write css code in separated file file.css then call it inside html file.html , I thik is written like this <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="file.css">
